The labor-management council is regularly held once a quarter with the participation of workers and three members each from the labor and management sides.
Kukje Plant Co., Ltd. complies with ethical management and operates a reporting center where employees can anonymously report work-related unethical behavior, workplace harassment, and sexual harassment in order to establish a desirable corporate culture.
